Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered by RiskPe (Ryzpe Consulting Pvt Ltd) through riskpe.com, including advisory plan subscriptions and claim recovery services.

2. Advisory Plan Subscriptions

Fees paid for Assured, Armoured, or corporate HR advisory plans are charged in advance for the applicable subscription period. You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by writing to office@riskpe.in, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund is issued for the unused portion of an active subscription period unless required under applicable law.

3. Claim Review and Recovery Services

RiskPe's initial claim review is provided at no charge. Where, following review, we recommend pursuing a claim further and you choose to proceed, a professional fee applies as communicated to you at the time, in accordance with our published pricing. This fee is charged only where we agree to actively pursue your claim, not merely for providing an opinion. If RiskPe does not take up your claim for active pursuit within seven days of receiving your complete documentation and payment, you are entitled to a full refund of any fee paid for that claim, and we will process this refund without requiring further justification from you. Once active work has genuinely commenced on your claim, being formal correspondence, filing, or escalation with the insurer, Ombudsman, or relevant authority on your behalf, the professional fee for that work becomes non refundable, reflecting the time and resources committed, regardless of the eventual outcome of the claim. Where RiskPe pursues your claim and it is not successfully recovered, no additional success based fee is charged beyond what has already been billed for work performed, RiskPe does not charge a fee contingent solely on a successful outcome unless explicitly agreed with you in writing in advance.

4. Cancellation Process

To cancel a subscription or an in progress claim service, email office@riskpe.in with your registered details and the service you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within two business days and process any applicable refund as set out in this policy.

5. Refund Timeline and Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within seven to ten business days of approval. RiskPe does not process refunds through any method other than the original payment channel used, and cannot process refunds to a different bank account or payment instrument.

6. Non Refundable Circumstances

Fees are not refundable where services have been substantially delivered, where a claim has already had active work performed as described in Section 3, or where cancellation is requested after the applicable review or cooling off period has lapsed.
